Where Potential Takes Flight

This work allows me to celebrate everything that energizes me – authentic relationships, strategy, innovation, problem-solving, daily learning, empathy, humor, kindness… the list feels endless. How blessed am I that this work I love also affords me the flexibility and grace to prioritize my family, my faith, and my friends?

You’ll hear lots of stories about my awesome husband, beautiful daughters, VERY large family, and incredibly high-maintenance (but, thankfully, adorable) puppy. Side note: If we have extra time at the end of a meeting, ask me to tell you my engagement story. 

I believe in the power of vulnerability and human connection and find joy in relationships, discovery, and ideas, ideas, ideas! All my work is guided by a driving desire to make people feel seen, heard, and understood. I fuel this work with lots of energy, innovation, nurture, and a healthy dose of humor.

Conversations, not presentations. The best trainings feel like they are being driven by the fresh ideas and energy in the room, no two exactly the same. You should expect to be pushed out of your comfort zone, learn about yourself and others, make new connections, laugh, and walk away with actionable steps toward a better version of YOU.
