Participants will complete 5-7 workshops, all of which can be customized to address the specific needs of each group. The program can be delivered over the course of a few months or throughout the year. Workshops typically vary from 1-3 hours.


Participants will take various assessments, and receive corresponding reports, resources, and analyses to ensure meaningful takeaways.


Post-program follow-up to identify ongoing development and engagement opportunities for participants.
