Recognizing how what we THINK we are communicating differs from what we ARE communicating is the first step in learning how to ensure our messages are received the way we intend. This activity-based workshop demonstrates how often our communications fail and how, by paying attention to the needs and styles of our listeners, we can make small adjustments that lead to BIG improvements.
