Geared specifically towards new supervisors, this workshop explores philosophies and provides tips that will help them develop strong relationships with and amongst their teams, create a positive work environment, maintain an engaged and productive team through strength-based leadership, and lead with the NEW “golden rule”: Treat others how THEY want to be treated.
Whether conducted remotely or in-person, an effectively facilitated meeting can provide the clarity, engagement, and energy any team needs to get the job done; a poorly run meeting wastes time and spirit. This workshop will teach you the difference!
30 minutes of direct instruction and 30-60 minutes of group discussion Being an effective supervisor is challenging enough in “normal” times; today’s unpredictable environment brings those challenges to a whole new level. Surviving and thriving will rely on our abilities to adapt, innovate and, most importantly, connect in new and exciting ways. To support those efforts, we offer a series of monthly/bi-monthly Supervisor Squad Sessions designed to foster sharing, learning, and support while exploring topics such as Fostering Team Engagement; Providing Feedback and Guidance; Managing Team and Personal Anxiety; Conducting Effective Supervision; Leading Effective Meetings; Leading Up; and MORE.
